Desired behavioral changes remained elusive as the crucial alignment of material with company values and mission was frequently overlooked. Training was a routine delivery of generic content, swiftly moving on without truly addressing specific needs.
This experience presented an opportunity for a different approach. This was a chance to do things differently.
My journey commenced with a profound yet simple belief: within everyone lies untapped potential waiting to be unleashed. With this, I embarked on a mission to redefine the landscape of learning and development.
